The children are involved in cooking projects at least once a week. We pick a project and each child adds ingredients and/or stirs. The children will later eat their creations during snack
time. All ages are involved. Projects develop skills in following directions, problem solving, self-esteem, and creativity. |

Various learning and development programs and games are used to assist in developing the child's coordination and thinking skills. |
Your child will enjoy participating in sing along, interactive singing, and playing along with rhythm instruments. |
Several techniques, including storytelling, flannel board acting, puppetry, and creative play are employed to interactively enhance and illustrate a story's meaning. Children are encouraged to
participate and use their imagination to bring the stories to life. |
We use various "pretend play" sets to assist in developing communication, language, self esteem, and social skills. Pretend play units include doctor, restaurant, fireman, construction worker, and
police. New units are added regularly. |
